A specific protein fat  carbohydrate content has been used as well as a selection of aromas & flavours that cats enjoy to bring cats in & to provide them with a complete balanced meal. Specific proteins which are easy to digest are used this ensures that even if feeding volumes are down the cat is still able get the nutrients they need.
